Part of a whole-house renovation, this beautiful master bath was designed to be elegant, comfortable, and environmentally friendly, all of which helped it win the 2007 KABY Award from Washington Spaces Magazine for Best Contemporary Bathroom $100,000 and up.

The decoration is bold and simple. Marble walls and flooring, a sparkling chandelier, and the added ambiance of a fireplace. Plenty of natural light comes in from the windows, keeping the space light and airy. In addition, we were able to utilize environmentally friendly touches like low-flow plumbing and a tankless water heater. This project was featured in the winter 2008 edition of Washington Spaces Magazine, and we are very proud to have been given this award.
